The trimmed eye of the loin of pork filled with sliced apples marinated in Calvados with Camembert cheese and wrapped in ham. Very quick and convenient to cook and will serve from single portions to large family or dinner party size.

Cooking Instructions:- Roast in a Pre-Heated oven 190°C / Gas mark 5 for 25min. per lb (0.5Kg)
