Seared Belly of Pork

 

Portion of traditionally farmed boneless belly of Pork. We marinade these in a blend of Soya, Worcester and Tabasco sauces, sweetened with Honey.

Cooking Instructions:- Pre-cook in a Pre-Heated oven for 45 minutes at 190°C / Gas mark 5 and a flamed finish on the grill of barbecue will add extra flavour.

Cooking time Approximately 16 - 30 minutes Gas Mark 7 220°C 425°F. To oven bake place on a rack in a roasting tin and open roast for 30 minutes. To grill place under a pre-heated grill for 8 minutes each side turning once. Serve with garlic bread and crisp salad. Tip: For a crispy topping dry the scored fat with kitchen paper before cooking.
