Casserole, Bourguignon & Goulash

It is not at all ordinary when cut from carefully matured grass fed beef, for pies casseroles , or that extra special minced beef. We will of course be pleased to trim and cube it for you. Why not mix a little diced bacon with it for extra flavour. |

| Cooking instructions:- Place in a pot and simmer. Some customers like to marinade their diced steak in herbs and wine before adding to the casserole, others like to pan fry initially to seal and brown the steak before placing into the casserole - the option is yours. |
