The eye of the sirloin boned, rolled and garnished with a thin covering of natural buttery fat for basting this famous cut, lean and very easy to carve.

Cooking Instructions:- Pre-Heated oven 180°C / 350°F / Gas mark 4
Rare 15 minutes per 450g plus another 15 minutes.
Medium 20 minutes per 450g plus another 20 minutes.
Well done 25 minutes per 450g plus another 25 minutes.
