We have daily deliveries of fresh free range English lamb in stock and selling at the same price as last year.
Our matured Lamb is selected from farms renowned for using traditional techniques and skilled stockmanship to consistently produce the finest quality lamb. We buy whole Lambs and age them for an additional 7 -10 days in as this is the optimum length of time to mature the meat, resulting in a wonderful texture as any excess moisture will have evaporated.
Choose from saddle, rack, bone cutlets, diced, noisettes, shoulder, chops or steak. Our knowledgeable shop staff will be more than happy to advise you on lamb cooking times, or give recipe suggestions.
