Beef Cushions

 

A slice of lean tender beef with a home made apricot , raisin and Brandy filling.
Cooking instructions:- Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 200° C / 400° F / Gas mark 6, either wrap in foil or baste frequently. Serve on a bed of seasonal vegetables. Excellent when garnished with Bearnaise Sauce.
