Beef Olives

A slice of lean tender grass fed beef filled with finely chopped Coriander, Garlic with added seasoning.

| Cooking instructions:- Brush lightly with cooking oil or butter and cook it in the oven for 40 minutes at 170° C / 325° F / Gas mark 3 and baste frequently, or wrap in foil. Serve on a bed of seasonal vegetable. Excellent when garnished with a Bearnaise Sauce. Average weight 6 ozs/175 g. |
