Beef Wellington

 

Prime selected Fillet of Beef covered with home made liver pate and sliced with mushrooms, wrapped in light golden pastry.

Cooking instructions:- Pre-heat the oven at 200° C / 400° / Gas mark 6
Individual 40 minutes Until Golden brown
6 Portions 1 hour (Until Golden Brown.) Until Golden brown
10 Portions 1 hour 5 minutes Until Golden brown
These cooking time will result in the Fillet being cooked pink to rare. For well done cover the pastry after browning and cook for a further 15 minutes.
