Boneless Loin of Lamb with Garlic Stuffing

How to cook

When sliced this can be grilled,  BBQ'd or braised in the oven to suit individual tastes

Preheat oven to 200*c/400*f/Gas Mark 6

Cook for 20 minutes per lb 

How to prepare

Take 2lb of boneless loin of lamb, prepare stuffing of your choice and spread inside lamb. Inside stuffing lay a roll of garlic butter and chill in fridge, fold the lamb and stuffing around the garlic butter and tie..  Slice into noisettes or cook as a joint
