Pork, apple and Mustard Parcels

 

A pork escalope, slim lean tender, is filled with seasoned minced pork, herbs and fresh apple and garnished with a Dijon mustard. Product weight 6/8 oz 225g

Cooking Instructions:- Cooking time approximately 45 minutes, 180°C / 350°F Gas mark 4-5. Place on a baking tray and into a pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes until piping hot and juices run clear. Serve with new boiled potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
