Pork and Apricot Olives

 

A lean fillet of Pork or a slice from the leg of pork is filled with delicious apricots and rolled ready for the oven. Very quick and easy to cook and very handy to keep in the freezer for that extra family meal or unexpected guest.

Cooking Instructions:- Product weight approx. 6 - 8oz 225g. Cooking time approximately 25 minutes, Gas Mark 4-5, 180°C/350°F. Place on a baking tray and into a pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes, until piping hot and the juices run clear. Serve with seasonal vegetables
