Terms and Conditions

2. Orders can only accepted from UK Mainland customers.

3. Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Debit or cheque and cash on delivery.

4. All products remain the property of Cooksleys Butchers until payment has been received in full.

5. Cooksleys Butchers reserves the right to change prices. All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will refund any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply the goods.

6. The price for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' price or if due to an error or emission the price published for the goods on our web site is incorrect. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel your order.

7. Free delivery is available on all orders in a radius of ten miles of the shop (excluding Central London), other areas are not covered at the moment, but when available, will be subject to a small delivery charge, which will be advised at time of order.. There is a minimum order value of £30.00

8. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply goods you order.

9. Complaints about any of our products or services should be made in 5 working days by E-mail or by ringing Nigel Cooksley on 020 8959 1374 (BT standard call rates), available 9a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday - Saturday

10. Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours by e-mail, or telephone  and we will keep you informed of our progress to resolve any matters on a daily basis.

11. By clicking the 'SUBMIT' button after selecting your payment method you are offering to buy the goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions.

12. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the reaming terms and conditions.

13. Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales under English Law.

14. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
